Mrs. Dzielak’s Supply List
Please label the following supplies with your child's name:

1 book bag (large enough to hold a folder, lunchbox & towel) No wheels, please!

2 Folders (Any color or design, 2 pockets)

1 Beach Towel (for nap/rest time)

1 Reusable Cloth Grocery bag (non plastic)

1 extra set of clothes, including socks and underwear (please bring in a gallon sized ziplocked bag). Your extra clothes DO NOT need to be uniform.

1 4 by 6 family picture
Please DO NOT purchase additional school supplies! We will be collecting $15 from all students for the necessary items on the first day of school.
These items are for our classroom community and do not need to be labeled.

2 Rolls of Paper Towels

1 bottle of Hand Sanitizer

2 containers of disinfectant wipes

1 package of baby wipes

2 canisters of Disinfectant Spray

2 boxes of Tissues (Cube boxes, preferred)
